Boulder of Kouchi

It has a height of 19m and a perimeter of 60m, and is a boulder designated as a cultural asset by the city. It is said to have flowed from Mt. Mafujiyama by the heavy rain in the year after the Ansei Great Earthquakes. It is also known as a stone of easy delivery.

Ride from JR Shizuoka Station and get off at JR Shimizu Station by the Tokaido Line, ride the "Miho Yamanote-sen" bus from JR Shimizu Station for about 27 minutes and get off at "Tadanuma-Shako-Mae" bus stop, ride the self-service bus bound for Ohira from "Tadanuma-Shako-Mae" and get off at "Kawachi" bus stop.
