Shizuhatayama Park
The cherry trees that continue from the Shizuoka Sengen Shrine grounds to the summit of Mt. Shizuhatayama reach full bloom in early April, and are always crowded with cherry-blossom viewers. The view of the city from the summit is also great, and is a place of relaxation and refreshment for citizens for activities such as walking.
