Birthplace of Jirocho
Jirocho Seika
This is the birthplace of Jirocho Shimizu (1820~1893), a chivalrous person who assisted in society's development with the promotion of Shimizu Harbor and the development of new rice fields. The atmosphere at the time can be felt from the tools and materials used by Jirocho. There are also many souvenirs associated with Jirocho. The "Kachi-fuda" that makes any wish come true is popular.
