You can make handmade soba noodles using domestic buckwheat flour. You can make 3 meals during the experience, so that you can eat 1 meal for lunch and take the other 2 home as souvenirs. You can have a bit of a lavish meal if you eat the noodles with the tempura available for sale in the facilities!
