This is a whisky distillery in Shizuoka that is one with nature, as it uses lots of Japanese cypress from Okushizu (mountainous areas of Shizuoka City). Tours that allow you to experience Shizuoka Distillery’s unique whisky making process, which uses fermenters made of cedar from Shizuoka and pot stills that use flames from local firewood for distillation, are held regularly.

Abekawa mochi is a Shizuoka classic. Mochi covered in soybean flour and mochi covered in red bean paste are made rapidly and carefully placed on a tray. Please enjoy this production line process that is safe and reliable. Kokko cake, Abekawa mochi, and other Shizuoka souvenirs are also sold.
